What hotel room categories do you have at the hotel?
All of our hotel rooms come equipped with a shower, toilet, TV, hairdryer, and the amenities you as a guest need. Wireless internet/fiber is available free of charge and no password is required.
We offer single rooms, double rooms, and deluxe rooms. Our double rooms come with either two separate beds (90 cm x 2) or one shared bed (160 cm). Our deluxe rooms are more spacious double rooms with a seating area in the room and guaranteed sea view included. Hotel rooms with queen-size beds are 160 cm and hotel rooms with king-size beds are 190 cm.
What is the age limit at the spa?
We welcome all guests who are 16 years and older to our spa. During certain selected weeks of the year, such as Christmas holiday, winter sports holiday, Easter holiday, autumn holiday, and during the summer, we have a lower age limit at our spa.
What happens if i have to cancel my spa package?
For overnight packages, we always recommend purchasing cancellation protection at the time of booking. It costs 100 SEK per person and allows you to cancel your booking due to illness until the day of arrival. The cancellation protection is personal, and a medical certificate is required. If you have not purchased cancellation protection, you can cancel your package free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For later cancellations, the full price will be charged.
Cancellation of the day spa package can be done free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. For later cancellations, the full price will be charged.
In the event of cancellation, Skepparholmen will retain the cost of the cancellation protection and charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK including VAT.
However, you can transfer the package to another guest/friend.
